How we work

PCM (Process Communication Model)

You understand your way of thinking, communicating and behaving under stress.

  • you get your personal profile

  • you learn how to communicate with different types of people

  • particularly useful in steering (less friction, more efficiency)

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

Psychological approach to working with inner parts - working on the inner subconscious.


It helps to understand:

  • inner critic

  • pressure, doubts, fear

  • the parts that protect you (and sometimes stop you at the same time)

Nervous system regulation & stress management

So that you can operate stably even under pressure:

  • more calmness in challenging situations

  • more clear reactions instead of impulsive ones

Program structure

The program has a clear structure that allows for gradual deepening and at the same time transfer into practice.

Each part builds on the previous one, with the aim of creating lasting and stable change.

The program can optionally be implemented in a longer, 6-month version. In this case, we will jointly determine the topics for months 5 and 6.
